Yinglee Tseng
曾尹儷 MANAGING dIRECTOR Dr. Yinglee Tseng is the Chief Executive Officer of GDC. She is also the advisor at the Open Knowledge Foundation, Taiwan. She previously served as the Program Manager at Institute of Taiwan-American Studies. Dr. Tseng has abundant experiences in strategic management for businesses, civil society organizations and non-profit or non-government organizations internationally. She specialized in managing the political and public participation projects and facilitating international relations exchange between Taiwan and the US. She has devoted in grassroots/citizen participation activities and promoted Taiwan joining the Open Government Partnership (OGP) since 2010. She expects to encourage more citizens originally came from Taiwan to focus on Taiwan's international issues through GDC's operations in the US. Ms. Tseng holds the doctor in public administration with the University of Baltimore and also received dual masters’ degrees in economics and law and international trade policies from the George Mason University. Her research interests is the citizen participation, participatory governance, leadership, empowerment, and etc. Dr. Tseng excells in community development and knowledge exchange both in the US and Taiwan. Dr. Tseng is a multi-linguist who speaks English and Japanese fluently as well as her native languages Mandarin and Taiwanese. |

HUI-CHUN CHENG
鄭卉淳 DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT Ms. Cheng is the Digital Marketing Assistant of GDC. She finished her bachelor's degree in Finance at University of Colorado Denver in 2014. During her undergraduate study, she focused on the topics of international finance, international marketing and applied marketing management. She did her intern as a digital marketing specialist at a non-profit institution- Emily Griffith Foundation at Denver in 2015. She had taught Chinese Mandarin in Bechtel International Center at Stanford University in 2016. Now, she is taking her master's degree- MEd in foreign language education at University of Pittsburgh. She is enthusiastic at attending the events about international affairs and cultural issues. Ms. Cheng can speak fluent Chinese, English and Taiwanese. During her free time, she likes to read history, international news, and observes the international relations among Taiwan- US and China. Currently, she is working on advocating the concept and idea of GDC via digital marketing platform. |
